Maintenance and maintenance of the fuel system:
1. The fuel in the fuel tank should be replaced with new oil after 800 hours of operation or after commissioning 500 pumps;
2. The tubing clamps of each joint must be properly set and clamped to prevent oil leakage and air ingress.
3. The coarse filter is cleaned after 800 hours of operation or after debugging 500 pumps;
4. The pressure regulating valve hand wheel shall not be rotated with force until it is left-handed or right-handed to avoid damage to the pressure regulating valve.
Standard injector adjustment:
In order to ensure the test accuracy of the test bench, the standard injector is regularly checked by the PJ-40 checker to check whether the opening pressure is correct. The standard pressure is 17.50.2 MPa, and the flow uniformity of the injector is checked.
Frequency converter check regularly:
Regular maintenance and inspection of the inverter, to ensure that the host is more stable and safe operation, pay attention to the power supply must be cut when checking the inverter. After the AC power is cut off, the capacitor is still not discharged before the “charge” indicator of the inverter is turned off. This is to avoid touching the appliance and the device, and wait until the indicator is off before checking.
