1. The use and maintenance of the standard injector are directly related to the power, fuel consumption and emissions of the locomotive after the injection pump is installed;

    2. The standard injector needs to keep the test oil clean during use. The foreign matter impurities in the test oil will affect the sliding performance of the oil needle, affect the law of the fuel injection flow, and make the oil uniformity of each cylinder deteriorate, and the oil needle will be stuck when it is serious.

    3. When the test oil is first added or added to the test tank, it needs to be pre-precipitated for 48 hours and then refueled. It is best to use the oil on the second day in the evening to keep the flowing oil in the oil circuit clean;

    4. After each pump, do not connect the high-pressure oil pipe, and use the oil-absorbing soft material (such as cotton yarn, soft cloth, paper suction, sponge, etc.) to press the tight oil outlet to prevent splashing of oil and flush the high-pressure pipe at low speed. The road is looped several times and the high pressure oil pipe is connected. This will prevent foreign matter from entering the high pressure oil pipe and the standard fuel injector.

    5. When the shape of the high-pressure fuel pipe is not suitable, do not bend it at any position at random. It should be bent at the two parts shown in the figure, keep the bending radius as large as possible, and make the shape of each cylinder tubing consistent. The vertical section of the oil valve is bent. This can avoid the local small radius of the blocking flow, and can maintain the overall aesthetics of the test equipment, giving the customer a good impression;

    6, the standard injectors should be used in groups, so that the standard spray wear of each group is the same, so that it can maintain uniform performance for a long time;

    7. High-pressure sealed bowl mats are forbidden at both ends of the high-pressure oil pipe, because the high-pressure impulse is extremely large. If the gasket is eccentric, it may be partially eroded, and the gasket material enters the high-pressure oil pipe and the standard spray, which damages the standard spray;

    8. Any spring has fatigue phenomenon. The standard spray should check the opening pressure regularly. If the deviation exceeds the standard, it should be adjusted properly.
